Autumn Favourites

Hi everyone, how are you this morning?

I haven’t done a monthly favourites post for a long time, so I’m just smushing things together and creating a favourites for the entire season. There are a few things that I’ve just started using at the beginning of October, which I haven’t included here; they’ll be in my October Favourites.

So sit back, grab a drink; this is going to be a really long post!

Too Faced Natural Love and Natural Lust Palettes

You know the saga that it was for me to get hold of these fuckers. Seriously, it cost me a fortune to get hold of these! However, now that I have them, I adore them. I haven’t reached for another palette since receiving these. My new darker hair has caused me to experiment a bit with neutrals, and I really love playing with the smokier looks. If I had to pick one, I’d definitely go for ‘Lust’ because it has warmer shades, but they’re both beautiful. The formula is so easy to blend out, and there is so much pigment in the shimmer shades. They’re amazing!

Revolution Pro Brow Mascara and Maybelline Brow Satin

I’m pairing these two up because I can’t use one without the other. They compliment each other so well! ‘Brow Satin’ is an old favourite of mine from a few years ago, and I still adore it. It’s so creamy, but stays in place once it is on my face. I don’t like my brows to look too groomed, so I brush through them with the mascara to get a fuller, bushier look. And I can trust both these products to last all day; they’re an amazing combo!

Models Own Sculpt and Glow Highlighters

These were my old favourite highlighters back in the day. I used my ‘Golden Sand’ highlighter until it hit pan when I first bought these. I’m so sad that the company appears to be going into liquidation, and you can only get these in discount shops. I love these highlighters. They look so glittery but natural at the same time. I have both the pink one and the gold, and they’re both stunning!

Revolution Skincare Caffein Serum

If you wake up and suffer puffy eyes, this is a godsend. This has helped hydrate under my eyes, reduce wrinkles and get rid of any puffiness I get. I love it. And with me using this only under my eyes, the bottle is going to last me forever!

L’Oreal Back to Bronze

I love this bronzer! It looks so natural. With this being mainly matte, but with a hint of luminosity, it really helps add a glow to the skin. I have been using this with a large fluffy brush to blend the powder onto my skin in a figure of three. It is gorgeous!

L’Oreal Nude Matte Lipsticks

This new collection is stunning! Throughout Autumn, I have been wearing more and more matte lip products; my dry lips seem to be behaving at the moment, so I can wear them more often without making my lips look like a hot mess.

I have the shades ‘No Fear,’ ‘No Hesitation’ and ‘No Diktat.’ They are all stunning and really compliment the natural colour of my lips without giving me a dreaded corpse face look with my darker hair. I love them!

Bare Minerals Original Blush in ‘Golden Gate’

If you have fair skin, this blush is stunning! It is a gorgeous peachy mauve shade with a hint of shimmer. If you hate highlighters but still want some luminosity to the cheeks, this blush adds just a hint of that and looks beautiful. I’ve had this one for almost 2 years now and there’s still loads of product left. I’m not worried about expiration dates though; the product still works perfectly.

Dior Mono Shadow: Cosmopolit

I have one final eye product. I’ve had this shade hiding in my makeup box for a few years now and rarely use it these days. However, when I went to visit my sister recently, this came with me and I’ve been using it alongside the Too Faced palettes ever since. This is a gorgeous cool-toned gold. It blends out beautifully on the eye, and stays in place all day. It’s stunning!

Clinique Even Better Glow Foundation

Since leaving Younique, this has quickly become my favourite foundation. It adds glow to my skin without looking sweaty, which with my delightful skin, can be a major issue. This makes me look healthy, and I love how the rest of my makeup applies over the top. It is beautiful!

And those are all of my autumnal favourites. What products have you been loving lately.

Have a lovely day guys, and take care!
