November Favourites

It’s come to that time of the month again where I go through all of my favourites from the past month. Some will definitely come as no surprise if you have followed Everyday November, but I hope there are a few items here that may be new to the blog. I try to keep some things a mystery!

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipsticks

I did a post the other day with some of my favourite shades from this collection. I have quickly built it up through purchasing off eBay, Depop, Morphe and Beauty Bay. I love how these apply and how comfortable they actually are for liquid lipsticks. When I compare them to Kat Von D or Anastasia Beverly Hills, I always know that they are there, and they do dry my lips out eventually. Jeffree’s formula is comfortable and more hydrating than some formulas. The colour payoff is amazing too. I am obsessed with the shades Gemini and Thick as Thieves at the moment; they’re beautiful nude tones.

Tati Beauty Textured Neutrals Palette Vol 1

I know that I literally just popped this on my wishlist! However, I just happened to do a little search on eBay and someone was selling theirs at market value; she had used it but it was similar to a few things she already had. So lucky me, got her hands on one of my favourite Youtubers palette. And honestly, this is worth every penny. The mattes blend beautifully and the metallic are stunning. However, my favourite part of this palette is the glitters. They are amazing. I do have sensitive eyes and wear contacts so I was a bit nervous about them, but they cause me no issues at all. I have gotten so many compliments when I wear this palette. it is so beautiful!

Fabulous Planner

I have raved so much about these planners. If you are someone, like me who loves tracking various things, and are planning on losing weight, these are amazing. They have recently changed the interior pages and they are beautiful. I love the weekly goals and reflection pages. I also love what they have done to the bubble jar too. The entire thing is so lovely and I really enjoy filling it in every day.

Honor Lite 20

I wasn’t planning on upgrading my phone this month. All I wanted was to find out why my SD card wasn’t working any more. Well 1 hour later, I have a cheaper contract and a new phone. Honor is owned by Huawei and is an Android phone, so it’s pretty similar to my old Samsung, however it has a bigger memory (no need for annoying SD cards) and it has a really lovely camera, that I am still trying to figure out how to use. But so far, I am really loving my new phone.

Halifax

I wanted to include Halifax on my favourites this month because they have done so much to help me out with my finances this month. As I explained in my Debt Story post yesterday, I have worked really hard in getting some savings together and reducing my debt enough to get a consolidation loan. Well Halifax helped me set up a Help to Buy ISA and sorted me out with a regular savings account for the stuff that I already had saved up. It’s been a massive help, and hopefully in a few years, I’ll be a homeowner with zero debt in my name.

Jeffree Star x Shane Dawson Conspiracy Palette

Okay, this had to be here somewhere, didn’t it. Alongside Tati’s palette, these are the two palettes that I have reached for this month. There are serious dents in a fair few of the shades already. I absolutely love this palette. The shades are right up my street, and they blend out beautifully. I absolutely love it!

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sara J Maas

This month, I created my series of looks based on the Courts in these novels, and it actually got me to reread the books (for the fiftieth time). I have fallen in love all over again with the characters in this world. They are wonderfully written, and if you have gone through trauma, heartbreak, finding yourself or any sort of terrible situation, you can relate to some aspect of these books and really enjoy an exciting adventure whilst dealing with your issues. Honestly, they’re so good!

Bare Minerals Gen Nude Blush: Call Your Blush

You know what, I have used this blush everyday throughout November, and it still looks brand new. This is such a beautiful shade if you have fair skin. It’s that gorgeous natural flush tone. The formula isn’t too pigmented, so you can’t really overpower your cheeks with it. It’s such a fool-proof formula.

What were some of your favourites this month? Have a lovely day guys, and take care!
