My Promise to Myself


Hi everyone, how are you today?

You may have guessed from my lack of weightloss updates that my weightloss journey kinda took a nose-dive off a cliff, and it’s struggling to climb back up. The joys of the Christmas period! I put 8lb on at Christmas and it’s been a bit of a struggle at times to get back to my pre-Christmas weight.

In the past I have beaten myself up and packed in Weightwatchers all together. Last time I was so close to getting a bastric band!

Well, this time, I’ve made a promise to myself NOT to give up and focus on being my best self. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes and be healthier. And this time, I’m going to get there; there’s no giving up this time!

Fingers crossed I can get back on track. I have redownloaded Aaptiv to motivate me to exercise and I have changed my Weightwatcher’s plan to the Green plan.

How if everyone doing with their goals at the moment?

  1. You can do it πŸ™‚. It can be hard and demoralising, but you can do it. It took me about two and a half months just to lose what I had put on over the xmas period, and as I truly am the laziest person I know, I say anyone can do it, especially when I’m writing to someone who seems such a wonderfully positive person πŸ™‚
